When switching through windows/ apps, if I have a window above the safari window, then click the safari window to maximize the page again, the page on safari dims for a split second then it does a very very light second dim right after then everything is normal. This is not something that happens with Chrome... Try it and see it and see if this happens with you, is this normal?

Are you talking about pulling it up from that app switcher?

Yeah, just checked and it happened to me. I believe it's probably just the background app refresh working but since the 7+ is so fast it is reloading the page super quick.

I believe so, when you have a bunch of apps open they are stacked on top of one in other in windows. When one of the app windows is on top of the safari window, there is this split second dimming effect that happens twice as I maximize the safari app.
