Really liking the Spigen Thin Fit. Feels very similar to the Apple silicon cases and ads almost nothing to the phone.

I've never gotten into those pop thingies. I've held two phones with pop thingies on them (one wanted me to take a pic with her phone, the other I was navigating while she drove) and they just seem so awkward to me. What exactly is the point of them?

It looks and feels weird (at first) but if you're the active type with phone constantly in hand they can be invaluable IMHO. The original stuck on the phone with strong adhesive. Wireless charging changed this and until the cases with pop sockets built in came out they were awkward to use unless you didn't care about the convenience of wireless charging. With a built in pop socket, you have the best of both worlds. They also double as a kick/prop stand so the phone can be viewed when on a desk and there are all kinds of attachments for hanging them in the car (vent mount, etc.) They may not be for everyone and can look funky but the utility purpose suits them well.

I picked up this case from BB yesterday. It's decent for $20. The matte finish on the back is a massive finger oil magnet though. It has decent drop protection and plenty of lip around the front. The tactile feel of the buttons is well preserved too.

If I get the Pro Max, I will be sticking with the Apple Leather like I have for my last 5 iPhones. I seem to always return no matter what others I have tried. The Apple Leather just feels right in my hand.

Well, I just picked up the Apple  Clear Case. It allows my Midnight Green to show. I was surprised that it feels more like acrylic than TPU. I love it, and it's more like the normal Apple quality I've come to expect.

Well, I just picked up the Apple  Clear Case. It allows my Midnight Green to show. I was surprised that it feels more like acrylic than TPU. I love it, and it's more like the normal Apple quality I've come to expect.

I was hoping someone has gotten the clear from apple. I’m a lifeproof, guy myself, but I’m feeling bad at the thought of covering the green up right now.

Ordered a slim thin case and clear from Amazon. Honestly hate clear cases but I wanted the midnight green to show. Had it on for 2 hours yesterday. Off it went. Returned to amazon today. Kept this one. This is perfect. It’s slim. No bulk. I have apple care+ BTW.

So I think my i-blason clear case (the $13 one) from Amazon is probably going back. This thing is horrible to use. The case itself looks and feels fine, but the buttons are hooorrrrrriiiiiibbbblllllleeee. It's like they're not even buttons and you're just pushing the side of the case to try and get the phone buttons to respond. My wife picked up an all clear Speck I had been debating while at Best Buy this morning because we realized last night Amazon never delivered her Presidio Show case that she had ordered from them and now it's 1-2 months delivery. she had been running around without a case.

Yeah I sent the i-blason back it's horrible. Ran to best buy and picked this up. Looks and feels great. Also protective and while I'd still like a catalyst case for it I'm not in a rush now for them to come out

I got this case mate. I usually buy a cheap silicone case until Lumee comes out with a case for this model.

I came thisclose to buying that one. I ended up getting the paint splatter one instead. I really like it. The buttons are way more responsive than they were with my Otterbox Symmetry.

Speck turned me off years ago with their bulky and easy to scratch cases. To each their own but I’m not a fan.

I agree with this! Plus I found them difficult to put on!

I don’t like bulky cases and I had seen this one advertised before release day. I wasn’t sure how it would look on the green phone so after I picked up my phone yesterday I walked down to AT&T and they had this one in stock. I like how the manufacturers package the cases now so you can try them on before you buy. Cuz seeing this one IRL made all the difference vs online.

I’ve always done cases for that little bit of flair, something to make my phone uniquely mine. I’m verrry picky about my cases.

I hear you. As for me, I’ve tried utilizing cases over the years, but they all ended up being a waste of money because I prefer to not have a case on my iPhone, but that Just Me, D...

After using that Tech21 clear case for about 5 hours now, I definitely like it. Also comparing to my wife's non-Max in the Speck Stay Clear this is way better for the same cost. Supposedly sacrifices 3 feet (13 vs 10) of drop protection but the Tech21 is clearer, feels slightly thinner, is most definitely clearer than the Speck regardless of Speck's marketing blurb on the box.

Also the buttons are WAY better. The Speck was better than that i-blason I sent back to Amazon but they're still pretty stiff. The Tech21 reminds me of Rhinoshield buttons maybe slightly stiffer. It definitely doesn't fit as tight as Catalyst and Rhinoshield cases though. I occasionally feel some "squeak" from the edges when handling it like it's just not quite tight. No actual noticeable flex though even around the lightning port.
