iPhone 6 - updated software to 9.1 and the 2nd calendar alert is still not functioning properly
When you add a calendar event, and an "Alert" for that event, it is supposed to allow you to add a 2nd alert for a different time. For example, you can set the first alert for 2 days before, and a second alert for 1 hour before. What's happening is the 2nd alert time overrides the "Alert" time and you have both alerts at 1 hr before.
Worked with Apple tech support online to see if they could fix. They had me reset my phone & the only thing it did was change my Passcode from 4 digits to 6.
Tried turning on the setting for default alert times to see if that would allow a different 2nd alert - no luck. Still changes both alters to the same time.
Is there a fix for this?
