iPhone 12 Pro Max issue

Ever since the newest update to the 15 iOS at any time the icons will shake. I can be holding my phone walking not looking at my screen and suddenly the icons will be shaking as if I want to change location or delete. Never happened on the 14 iOS.

I have tried hard reset and it was fine for a couple of days but started up again.
I have not chosen this to happen. It just does

I haven't noticed this on my 12 Pro Max.

It happens a lot on my 13 Pro Max and it appears when Holding the bottom lip at the app switcher bar they start to jiggle

Touching the screen seems to be more sensitive in iOS 15, and may be causing the jiggling if touched. I have noticed this in a different way than what you describe.

I am not touching anything. Just have phone in my hand. Not near buttons or touching any part of screen and it happens. Ever since the new 15 update

Have you tried Reset All Settings? This fixes a lot of issues. Afterwards, you would need to sign back in to wifi, and set everything back up in Settings as you had it. If that doesn't work, then you might try resetting to factory as new, not from a back up.
