it wont power on at all...
thats why i CANT put it in DFU mode...
if i plug it into a wall charger, styll nothing...
and i didnt buy it used, i got it from Bell, on a plan
and i dont even kno if my fone is jailbroken or not, due to the fact that i never finished the installation.. it just froze on blackra1ns face cause itunes opened up while i was installing the jailbreak.

that is why I said if it wont power on at all then take it in to Apple if they can make it power on and discover you have JB the phone they will give it back to you then you take it home restore it as new and take it back to another Apple store tell them the problem and they will likely give you a new one. If they can't get it to power on then they will just give you a new one.
