How to check that my iPhone 5s has signal problem?

In my room sometimes signals are full sometimes 3 or 4. Should I be worried about it? How to check it has problem

I wouldn't be worried about it unless you notice issues that you haven't had with any other phones being used on the same network. I mean like calls dropping and things of that nature.

My 6s Plus shows only 2 dots most of the time inside my house. Outside, it does better.
