How often do you backup your iPhone?

Before coming over from the "Dark Side" of the Blackberry World, I would do a backup once a week. I haveso many more apps and things on my new iPhone4 that I do a backup 2 to 3 times a week. My BB crashed a few times and I got the dreaded "White screen of DEATH". I am so glad I came over to "Steve Jobs World". I finally saw the "light".

You Have no need to backup?

I sync my contacts/calendar to Google, so there's no need to backup anything - it all happens seamlessly and behind the scenes. No need to backup apps, cause iTunes knows what you've purchased.

What about all the data contained within the apps? Like all your checkbook information, the data about gas milage and maintenance of your car, all the workout info in you exercise apps? That data is not synced with google and iTunes does not remember all the stuff you bought unless it is being backed up. Yes all you contacts and calendars are backed up to google but not all the other data that is on your phone. So yes there is every reason to backup.
