How do I record an incoming phone conversation on my iPhone 5c?

I want to record a phone conversation on my iPhone 5c...is there a way to do this?

First off there ARE legal issues. In some jurisdictions it is illegal to record someone without their knowledge and consent. WITH my mother's permission I attempted to record a phone conversation with her with the built in iPhone voice note recorder, only to discover it disables itself when you are on a call. So the built in app is out. HOWEVER there are apps available both free and paid in the App store which allow for recording of phone conversations. I STRONGLY advise you to check the laws in your jurisdiction about recording calls, AND encourage you to alert the person BEFORE you begin recording and repeat that permission (so you get it on tape) as you begin recording.
