How do I get rid of a notification bubble

I was watching YouTube and was signing in to my google account and a turn on notifications bubble appeared and won't let me do anything. How do I get rid of it?

Perform a hard reset (doesn't delete data) by holding both Home and Power buttons down at the same time until you see the Apple logo. Then release both buttons and allow the device to reboot.
