How do I get my ATT service transfered to my new phone? Everything else is loaded on my new 6S

I bought a new 6S. I currently have an ATT contract with a 5S. I have updated my new phone. Setup everything - email , message service etc, but I cannot get my new 6S phone to have phone service. Please help?
