How do I get a developer invite become a beta tester?

Is there a website that lists all the apps that need beta testers?

I don't think there is a list of apps that need to be tested.

Just find an app that you wanna beta test and email the developer and ask. That's how I was lucky enough to be able to beta test two apps currently.
