I registed for an iMore account around a week ago, verified my account and filled out some profile info. A few days later I came back to the website and noticed I was logged out. I tried to log back in and it says my account has been permanently banned. I don't think I had even commented yet, so I'm not sure what I could have done to merit a ban.
I tried reaching out with the contact form but its been a few days and I haven't heard back. Any suggestions on what I could try next? Thanks for the help.
