I love fruits. Clementines, oranges, pomegranates, grapes, papaya, pineapple, watermelon, and the list will go on forever. I'm lucky to live in a tropical country right now, and the different seasons offer lots of different options.
I buy the canned salmon off Amazon. Makes great sandwiches, or sometimes straight from the can. I also eat a lot of nuts, and especially pumpkin seeds.
All season I make soups with lentils, green peas, and chick peas.
In the morning, I also mix a teaspoon of spirulina in my oj.
And don't forget wheat germ, goes great in oatmeal topped with frozen blueberries.
