Cleaning....?

I just jailbroke my 4 again, and after it was done and my phone rebooted I notices an app or two was kind of faded out with the word "Cleaning.." underneath. I have never seen this before. Does anyone know exactly what this means? Thanks.

Happens even if not on a jailbreak. Sometimes the OS cleans cache from certain apps when it feels it
needs to make some space for memory.
