Can I use HomeKit to turn my outside lights on at sunset and off at sunrise

I can do with this with the iHome app, but it seems to be lacking in Homekit

Yes you can. Tap the Automation button in the lower right corner, then tap the Plus button to add a new automation, then tap “A Time of Day Occurs”.
