Can I cancel my iPad cellular service and just use my wifi?

i have AT&T for cellular on my iPad, but I rarely use iPad outside of my home. Can I cancel and strictly use wifi?

Yes, as long as you're not under a contract.

You may be liable for an ETF if it's a service contract with a duration... If month to month, don't pay and service will end at the end of the current period.
