I have a new Christmas ipad pro. I get 90 day free apple tv+.

Once I sign in can I cast apple original programs to my chromecast on my tv? It works with Amazon Prime so my ipad is set up to access my chromecast.

So the big question is can I cast apple original programming from my ipad pro to my chromecast stick just as I can with Prime?

Thanks. No sense in joining if I cannot since I have no apple computers nor apple tv monitors.

I know you can cast via AirPlay, but I’m not sure in regard to the Chromecast. I don’t see why you couldn’t since a Chromecast is designed to allow you to cast whatever it is you’re viewing from your device onto a Tv screen.

I don’t have a Chromecast so I can’t say for certain.

If there were an inexpensive airplay dongle that worked well I would purchase one. The cheap ones from China have terrible reviews.

If your TV supports AirPlay (many recent ones do), that would work as well.

I do not think it works with a Chromecast, but I have no means of testing.
