Can’t set up cellular plan for Apple Watch series 3

Clicking on “set up cellular” in Apple Watch app takes me to blank Bell page with no way to proceed. Anyone have this problem?

I know there have been some issues trying to set up the Apple Watch with some cell providers, but I don't specifically know about Bell. My suggestion would be to call Bell's support line, as the issue is likely on their end and they should help you be able to get it set up.
