Application states does not save..!!!

Dear all,

I have iphone 3G and jailbroken with blackra1n. Now with that I have installed applications but no any application can save their states. For example, games are not save their state so each time it starts with fresh state. Even some application are not able to create a file/folder e.g. PDFExpert...

So can anybody tell what is the problem with jailbreaking..???

Do I need to jailbreak again, if yes, then by which technique...
