Apple Music not syncing on iPhone, offline music not working
Hi,
I have had Apple music for a number of months now and for the past couple of weeks I've been unable to
a) add songs from my iPhone to My Music. I can add from my Mac though and it was showing up on my phone when I did but now isn't updating to the latest additions
b) make songs in My Music available offline. I see the cloud symbol but when I tap it it fads for a second then nothing happens.
I have just under 19.8gb of space on my phone and 27.4gb on iCloud so space isn't an issue.
Can anyone recommend a fix, this becoming increasingly annoying when I'm on the tube with no signal?
