then choose the highest end 13" if money isn't a problem for you. it always base to preference. for me, i want 15". much more work space.
I wish the 13 had a quad core option and discrete graphics.
What kind of work are you going to be doing on your MacBook? The 13" is more than powerful enough to serve the needs of 95% of users. I don't necessarily agree with the previous post that the 13" is for school and the 15" is for work. It's all about what you'll be doing, not where you're doing it.
