iOS should have had turn-by-turn already. I think you can get it but it costs like $10. Should be free. I think phone geeks who are into specs are better off with Androids. iPhones are for the masses. They are pretty though.

I tried to change the date/year on some photos because my digicam's dates were wrong. It said 2005. I changed the dates to 2012. Now the info says it was taken in like 1934. I changed it again to 2012, and now it says like 1887! I think I'm doing it right, but why are the dates doing that...

Good reason to pay the $25 and use the Match. That way most of the 8000 songs aren't on the phone at all.

I didn't know you could get into the iPhone drive that easily. But the reason they use iTunes is simple: storage. iTunes compresses the pix and they take up way less room if they're big files, say, from a real camera.
