Why can't I send mail in some accounts after El Capitan?

Can't send mail in some accounts after El Capitan

I installed El Capitan, and now I can't send mail with some of my accounts. I get a message asking what server to use. The servers haven't changed, but the mail won't go.

It must bean email that is not a well known or Apple would pick it up automatically. Check your SMTP mail server to make sure you are entering it right and that it has not changed.

Check the mail account settings to make sure everything is set correctly.
