How do I rename, edit or change tweaks?

Hello, I would like to know if you can change the name of an area tweaks in cydia packages, I'm not talking about an app or ios settings. Example if the tweaks called iphone and I want web or anything, as I do appear. Because I know how to edit a source from ifile, like delete etc.., But I want to change the name of a not uninstall tweaks, thanks.
