Restored my jailbroken iphone 4s ios 6.1.1 and lost cydia.

so i got a good deal i traded a galaxy s for a iphone 4s but its from brazil.
i downloaded evasi0n and jailbroke my phone but i realized the guy information was still on the phone
so i restored the phone to new again but the problem is i lost my cydia app and i tried jailbreaking it again
and i get sorry the version of ios of the attached device is not supported anyone have a idea on what to do?

Update to the latest version of the jailbreak tool on the computer you're using to jailbreak.
