Zephyr question

Any way I can set zephyr to completely close the app (so its no longer visible on the app switcher) by sliding from the bottom up?

Nope.
That's an iOS thing. There may be a tweak similar to "remove background" that clears the multi switch task bar but you can't use zephyr to activate it the same way you use zephyr to activate closing the current application

While on at it, ZEPHYR SUCKS it's a complete forgery of activator

I like multifl0w. It gives you our open apps in card view or expose. When in card view, you can slide cards up to close them. This can be used in conjunction with zephyr if you want.
