Clear or Blur folder backgrounds?

Havent look to extensively on this, been busy with work, but if anyone could help me out it would be appreciated.

I'm looking for a tweak to make the backgrounds in folders to be transparent or have a blur effect to them.

I did find a theme that enabled this, but I'd rather not have winterboard if i don't need it. I would be getting winterboard just for this theme.

I've found a paid app to do this through.
FolderEnhancer, turn off use image file.

If anyone else has any other suggestions they are still welcome.
