Live iPhone 4 weather?

I have a jailbroken iphone4 and want to know if there is a app or tweak etc. that shows live weather. I have the tweak that displays the live weather in a set location but want something that changes when I move from city to city on it's own. Any one know I know the evo4g does it even displays the city your in. Idc if I got to pay as long as they work.

If you are on iOS 5, the native weather apps checks your location and gives you live weather. Now, Jailbroken i am not sure, i have the tweak that shows current weather over the native weather icon but not location live weather.

There is a tweak called Fourth row weather, I can't remember what repo it came from but it adds the weather, time, date, and possible calendar in the fourth row spot.
