Theme question

I am a newbee to the jailbreak world ! Just purchased Timeless HD . Looking for directions on how apply this theme and author says complete directions on how to do this is in a folder on my device ! Where do I find this folder? Thanks in advance for any help.

You need to use winterboard to select the theme. To edit details such as change weather add or us the glyphs you need ifile which can be found in cydia I recommend reading the forums on modmyi about this theme it has great tips and mods that you can install for this theme.
