How do I restore my old 3GS jailbroken phone to new IP4

Sorry folks, I posted this in the wrong forum earlier.

Hi All

I have just lost my 3Gs with software 4.0 Jailbroken.

The insurance have said they will replace the phone but it will be a Iphone 4.

Will my restore from itunes work with this phone considering it is jailbroken or would I need a 3Gs?

It will work just fine. If you don't mind me asking what insurance are you using, cause losing a 3Gs and getting an iP4 as a replacement sounds like a sweet deal to me
