Cydia reinstall

Hello All. Was wondering if there was a way to reinstall cydia without running blackrain again. Dont want to lose what I have. I already unlocked the phone to. Its just that my cydia will not open anymore. I did not install SSH on the iphone either. Any help would be appreciated.
