    Default iTunes billing

    Ok here's the what's happening I have 40 buck in iTunes from giftcards and my bank card as the payment card on file. I have been buys apps all weekend no issue today I go to buy a app it say there is a billing issue and I have to log in mind you I entered my password to start the app download so it asks fir my security code for my bank card so I enter it then it says it's invalid ?? I googled and found this is a major issue but no fix I can't remove the card there is no none option
    I emailed apple but reading from others they blame the bank why should my card info matter if i got iTunes credit ? And that card has worked for months ? Just stopped today
