Jailbroken connect to iTunes!

Hey ya'all,
I had my iPhone 4 recently jailbroken. I have not connected it to my laptop since then. I would like to back up all my apps and songs and what not but I'm afraid if I plug my phone in it will automatically update to 4.3. Is there a way I can not have it update and still backup my phone. Thanks in advanced for any help!

it will ask you if you want to update

ya... when you connect to your laptop and it prompts you to update, just click cancel or download only (if you actually want to download the ipsw for 4.3.2, that is). backup and sync will work just fine with your jb as long as you don't accept the update.
