Iphone 6 jumping battery when charging and draining fast

It is normal when my iphone 6 charging in my percentage is 5% after few minutes i unlock my phone is 9% and 1 seconds change 22% how to fix it????? Ios 9.1 iphone is new one week old my first battery test is 7h usage now very fast draining
