AirShou is a good choice, but note that it records via AirPlay, therefore some game recordings would turn out to be black screen. Or you can use QuickTime or professional third-party screen mirroring applications to record iOS screen. These two ways won't generate black screen video.

QuickTime does a good job of recording any iDevice screen in real-time. Just attach the device, go to File -> New Movie Recording and select the device from the sources. I use it all the time, it even records sound.
