anyone have any police scanner radio type apps that actually work

I was wondering if anyone has any scanner like apps that listen to police / fire that actually work. you can do this from wunder radio but it works like crap. so does anyone have one that actually works?

Emergency radio also works great for me. It's pretty cool.

I downloaded it and was able to try it out. works great thank you. there is even a station that covers several towns close to me.
