iTunes Radio not working on iPhone or computer

When I try to play music on iTunes Radio it doesn't work. I get an error message on the screen which says, "media format not supported". Anybody else experiencing this? Also not working on iTunes on computer.

I'm getting it on Apple Music. I'm getting server not configured.

Edit: it just randomly started playing on its own
