Icloud clarification

Hello,
I currently have a iPhone 5s with the latest ios and my question is in regards to using I cloud. I have a bunch of music on the iTunes site and I see a cloud with a down arrow. This means that it is downloaded to icloud which is all good.
When I login to icloud I don't see anything in any of my icloud folders so where is it?

It hangs out in iTunes until you download it. You can see it in the music app, and iTunes, but that's it. Once you download it to a device, it'll show up as normal.
