Makes since my wife worked as a CSR also so what u say is def true lol that's y I'm going to Verizon on launch day done it every year since the 4 that way I can get done what needs to and if not get a CSR on the line to do it if they give me a run around lol

What was the final verdict on Apple shipping somewhere other than your billing address? I've never been more excited for a phone launch in my life. Really the launch of anything. Been using my buddies old 3GS since I lost my 4. The battery is toast and I can send about 10 texts before it decides it's dead. Go Packers!

When Verizon finally got the iPhone 4, I had the money to preorder it. When the 4S was released, no money for it. Now that the 5 has come out, still no money. Here's hoping there's money in the bank for iPhone 7 or 8.
