Yep, except I finally was able to get through to a real live person yesterday. This gave me hope. So the girl had no answer as to why my phone had not shipped yet other than it was sort of hung up in the processing phase. She assured me that she had fixed the problem and gaurenteed the phone would ship yesterday. Well, it still hasn't shipped and is still in the "processing" phase. Hard to say if this is a Verizon issue or Apple.
