I just activated my iPhone coming from an android device (both on AT&T) and when I hit the voicemail tab it calls my voicemail instead of letting me set up visual voicemail. Any tips to fix?

Call AT&T and have them reset your voicemail for iPhone. The proper voicemail feature did not provision when you got your iPhone activated.
