Issues with 3G + 4.2

I will be switching to AT&T and plan to use an old 3G we have laying around. Somebody told me that the 3G has issues with iOS 4.2 is that true?

It's slower than the 3G or i4 but thats not a problem with the firmware... it's simply an old device!

You should be fine

Yep should have no issues, other than it'll be a slow device and possibly lag, but otherwise you'll be ok
