Visual Voicemail gone after iOS 4

I noticed my voicemail simply dials to my mailbox when I check it. No visuals at all. Anyone else?

You need to re set up you VM, IE enter you VM PIN again.

it usually doesnt ask you for your VM pin right away... i usually call myself and send myself to VM, then leave a message... the VVM will then ask you for your PIN again...
