    Default Moving files?

Is there are way to move a file on a non-jailbreaked iPhone??? I downloaded a .pdb file with iCAB (a Safari replacement that can download any file type) and it sits in a folder on my iPhone called "Downloads". I need to move it to where a program called Handbase (an iPhone database program) can read it. Is there a solution to move the file on the iPhone? I would prefer a mobile solution where you don't need a desktopor WiFi.
    Thanks!!!!!

    we covered this already.

it won't do what you want to do. programs at this point can't use data from other programs

look at using a custom-developed app and storing the data on a server
