where to buy replacement 3G battery?

Has anybody bought a replacement battery from a website that turned out to be reliable? There seem to be plenty of options out there, but if I'm gonna crack my 3G's case open and pull most of its guts out to install a new battery, I'd really prefer to use one that's gonna work reasonably well.

milliamp.com looks like a legit site. Anybody bought anything from them?

How would one buy from an apple supplier? Do they have retail websites where you can buy just one battery? Presumably apple usually buys parts from their suppliers in slightly greater numbers than what I'm looking to purchase.

i just bought a battery like accessory from the apple store it plugs into the bottom n gives u up to 6 extra hrs i love it

I'm really just looking for suggestions about reliable sellers of internal iPhone 3G batteries. I'm not interested in buying an external battery pack to supplement an internal battery that's clearly on its last legs, and I'm definitely not gonna pay the 85 bucks it costs to send my phone to apple and have them replace it if the phone is no longer under warranty. Can anybody help?
