Syncing Video Camera Videos on 3Gs

I have the iPhone 3Gs. I love the videocamera feature. I have been able to transfer videos from my iPhone onto my PC. Now I'm interested in transfering videos from my PC to my iPhone. I can't seem to find that in iTunes. Any advice would be much appreciated....

First you have to manually add the video into iTunes under "movies" then resync

I just drag/drop the videos from my 3GS to the appropriate folder on my pc. (Same as i do with the photos.)

I'm unsure how to manually add the videos into movies on iTunes. Can you provide instructions?

I believe you just drag the video into the movies tab of iTunes and drop.
