App Transfer

So I have an itouch 2g. Bought some cool apps....
Now I have an iphone. Can I transfer those cool apps
to my new iphone? They are not synced to itunes, and when
i go to sync it tells me it will delete all the apps off of my itouch.
Can I resolve this issue within itunes or with outside software?

It will say that if the computer you are trying to sync with isn't the one your normally use for the iPod.

If you bought apps from the App store, they are tied to your user id with Apple, so you can download then for free again.
