    Default Can't get text to make noise when incoming

    When I get a text my phone only vibrates. I don't know why. It worked earlier now just vibrates. I've checked everything in settings. My phone is not on silent. It rings when I get a call but nothing when I get text. What is the problem?

    Try holding both the sleep/wake button and home button at the same time until the apple logo appears on screen and let the phone finish rebooting. That fixes most little issues that come up... Hope it helps

    Double-check the settings:

    Settings-Notifications-Messages-Text Tone and make sure something other than "none" is listed.
