Diagnostic and usage screens shows code??

On both my iPad Air2 and iPhone6S the diagnostic and usage screen returns programming code. There are no toggles or apps usage visible.

I'm missing something here. What are you expecting to see when you select the Diagnostic and Usage option via the settings?
