I have 5.15 GB of photos (292), can I buy extra icloud space & turn on icloud on via settings & turn "photos" ON & upload, is that right? I also have 999 MB of OTHER

is photo stream the same as just uploading all your photos? (I don't really care about using on my photo on other devices, isn't that photo stream) after you upload them can you delete them to make room, How can you view 'em
